| Dear Parents of Lavington Panthers Basketball Club Players, A reminder that the ‘Player Commitment form’ needs to be completed by 5pm on Friday, 26 November 2021. Please follow the link emailed to existing players to submit the form Player Commitment Form for Season 1 2022 (Please try Google Chrome or another web browser if you have trouble opening the link) It is important that this form is completed by the due date to enable us to submit teams for Season 1 2022 to Albury Basketball Association. If the form is not submitted by the above date your child/ren may miss out on being placed into Lavington Panthers Basketball Club team for Season 1 2022. Getting teams on the court involves considerable organisation. Parents, coaches, team managers and the Lavington Panthers Basketball Club volunteer Committee work hard to enable your child to play each week. Please ensure when you submit the form that your child/ren will be committed to the Club for the whole of Season 1 2022.
